So I bought a Horow toilet and thr toilet seat broke (by some much larger members of the family). I had to replace the seat. At first the instructions were complicated but when I enquired for help, the customer service and sincerity to ensure my happiness were above and beyond! Long story short, they sent me new brackets that I was able to easily install that are very sturdy and stay in place! I really appreciate their desire for guest satisfaction! I will happily buy Horow again!
