HOROW HWMT 8733 12 Inch Small Toilet One Piece Dual Flush Toilet Model 8733N

I bought this toilet for all the bathrooms in my house and haven't had any issues. When I needed to replace a toilet seat customer service was very responsive and helpful. I'm very happy with the product.

I purchased a new toilet seat as the one we had broke from the bolts. Horow is sending us new bolts and hopefully this will fix the issue.

It gets clogged non stop, at least once a week. Complete waist of money.

Update: great customer service. Offered to get a new toilet or refund.

We remodeled a vacation property that had limited space. Our contractor installed two of these toilets and we liked them so much we had him replace the remaining toilets so they all would match. Clean appearance and great look.

Now, after several months of using our toilet, we are SO HAPPY to share that it is one of the few aspects of our construction process that went smoothly, and with which we are thoroughly delighted. The flush is strong, the design is appealing and minimal, it is easy to clean, and not difficult to install. As well, the seat is not problematic at all as others may have suggested. We are super-pleased to have decided upon this particular toilet, and are not generally easy to shed compliments!
