After submitting our 1st review, the company’s customer service contacted us and offered to send us a better fitted toilet seat. We are very happy with the toilet and toilet seat. The toilet was easy to install and has a great flush.
I purchased this product from Homedepot, Canada. The toilet is compact and perfect for our small bathroom, but the toilet seat does not sit properly in the middle of the hole. It is also a bit flimsy.
In 2021 I needed a smaller toilet for the master bathroom of my newly renovated tiny row house in Baltimore. This one was a perfect fit! It’s sleek, reliable, compact but still perfectly comfortable. Great customer service too.
Toilet works great. Our flush button broke and they replaced it no questions asked. Great service. Couldn’t be happier
This is a true ADA toilet. It sits at about 17-17.5". The flush buttons are easy to push down. When pushed they do not make a loud sound like you are flushing down the entire house.Plumbers installed it without incidence.
