Top notch Customer Service

We've had the toilet in our small basement bathroom and it has worked perfectly. Our problem is that the quick release fasteners for the seat broke and Horow doesn't sell that piece individually, BUT after contacting Customer Service I found they'll send me the part free of charge! Nice customer service!!!

Great experience

I bought this toilet for all the bathrooms in my house and haven't had any issues. When I needed to replace a toilet seat customer service was very responsive and helpful. I'm very happy with the product.

Toillet Seat parts

I purchased a new toilet seat as the one we had broke from the bolts. Horow is sending us new bolts and hopefully this will fix the issue.

Gets clogged constantly

It gets clogged non stop, at least once a week. Complete waist of money.

Update: great customer service. Offered to get a new toilet or refund.

Great product

We remodeled a vacation property that had limited space. Our contractor installed two of these toilets and we liked them so much we had him replace the remaining toilets so they all would match. Clean appearance and great look.
