Compact 12" Rough In Toilet – HOROW 8733S One-Piece Round Design

The compact toilet (8733 series) was delivered on time and the communication was excellent. We had a very tight space between vanity and shower, so this toilet had the narrowest footprint on the market. It's well designed, flushes quietly, and uses water efficiently. The only negative is that the toilet seat and rim is made of lighter plastic while my personal preference is something a little heavier and sturdy. This toilet is great for kids and adults with average weight but may be uncomfortable for tall and/or overweight users.

I had the seat bolt part break on the toilet and even though I was past my one year warranty the customer service team was able to help send replacement parts free of charge which is so appreciated. Great customer service!

I never received this toilet. Was told it was fedex’s fault. Not sure who to believe.

Update: I received this toilet after the manufacturer sent out a 2nd one. The plumber said the install was a bit tricky due to something abt the screws. But I am happy with the toilet. The seat will take some getting used to as it is a little raised around the edges and not flat like the traditional kind. Overall, I am very pleased now that I have this toilet. It flushes very quietly and seems pretty efficient with regard to water levels. I would recommend this item.
Also, customer service was very responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue with the initial shipment.
