Just what I needed

Customer service is very responsive. They guided me to find exactly what I needed and the item is a perfect fit. Fast, free shipping also.

They advertised the material of the toilet seat is fragile but the packaging isn't the best. When I opened the box I found out the foam is broken, it was obviously previously returned. They listed it is in stock but they are actually shipping from factory in Asia to a warehouse in California and then they ship it to you.
I bought this a week before Thanksgiving and they didn't ship it from California until Dec 5th, 2024 and finally received it a week later.

Updated 12/25/24: customer service reached out immediately and deal with my unpleasant shopping experience. They offered a full refund. Bravo!

I had ordered (and received) this toilet seat to upgrade my existing Horow toilet seat. My hubby (says he) measured and determined that this model (HWUF-8733) was indeed the correct item. So I ordered it.

Well, lo and behold, when we received our new toilet seat (which was sent very quickly, I might add), it was NOT the correct model (go figure!)

I immediately reached out to Horow's customer service team, who's quick response and resolution amazed me. Being a manager of a customer success team, I truly appreciate Horow's understanding of this situation and flexibility in the resolution.
