It gets clogged non stop, at least once a week. Complete waist of money.

Update: great customer service. Offered to get a new toilet or refund.

We remodeled a vacation property that had limited space. Our contractor installed two of these toilets and we liked them so much we had him replace the remaining toilets so they all would match. Clean appearance and great look.

Now, after several months of using our toilet, we are SO HAPPY to share that it is one of the few aspects of our construction process that went smoothly, and with which we are thoroughly delighted. The flush is strong, the design is appealing and minimal, it is easy to clean, and not difficult to install. As well, the seat is not problematic at all as others may have suggested. We are super-pleased to have decided upon this particular toilet, and are not generally easy to shed compliments! Thank you to the folks at Horrow...who by the way, were very supportive in answering any questions we had along the way!

This was great for our small guest bathroom. The seat hardware had a small issue but Horow was willing to send replacement parts to get it fixed.

Compact and easy to install. Flushes well. Super satisfied.
