Really impressed with the unit. Never used a bidet before and I am sold. Love the auto lid and seat raising function. Love the night light feature which makes it so easy to use at night. Perfect height and great comfort. Price was fantastic compared to Koehler. Highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed.

Let me start off my saying I have wanted a toilet like this for years. I did not want to pay the amount for something like a Toto, so after some research I discovered the Horow T38. The price was where I wanted to be and the features are premium like Toto but way cheaper. For anyone with a new build house like myself, they cheaped out on my plumbing for my two upstairs toilets where they were coming up from the floor and they were pecks fittings. It was a bit of work to convert my pecks to brass fittings, and also this toilet has a really phat behind compared to a regular toilet, so it was really close to my plumbing and I almost had to move my line but I was able to elbow the plumbing out to the right a bit. A small issue we had installing was one of the nozzles inside the toilet was not tight, and as a result when we hooked everything up and turned the water back on, it leaked everywhere. So just make sure before installing you check inside the toilet to make sure everything is tight. Also have some spare wax rings handy. We went through an extra one because of this. This toilet is as advertised. It’s premium, works great and I do not regret buying this. Just be prepared for some extra work to get this bad boy installed if you are like me being in a new build.
