Bidet Toilet Emergency Flush Battery Box for HOROW T38

The emergency flush battery pack is a must have item to have for your Horow Smart Toilet. However, I am both confused and frustrated at the fact the Horow does not include this battery pack with their new Smart Toilets. I purchased a new T38P toilet, and this battery pack did not come with it. When I tried to order the battery pack I was told it was back ordered. More than three weeks after I installed the toilet, the battery pack finally arrived. Trying to install the battery pack with the back of the toilet right up close to the wall was nearly impossible. The battery connecting cord in the back of the toilet is very short, so you don't have much to work with in trying to connect the battery pack. After much anger and a moderate amount of cursing, I was finally able to get the batter pack connected and tested. It works GREAT, and is definitely a must have. I just don't understand why Horow would not include once of these battery packs with their new toilets. It just doesn't make any sense, other than a money grab from them after you have already spent a lot of money on one of their smart toilets. I am NOT looking forward to when I will have to replace this battery pack a few years down the road. I really think Horow should redesign their toilet so that the battery pack does not have to be mounted in such a difficult, almost impossible area where your toilet is almost cure to be up very close to your bathroom wall.
