When purchasing an item of importance, you always worry about the “what if's.” When our toilet malfunctioned recently, we contacted Horow online and explained what was wrong; we took pictures and video (at customer service’s request). After a few thoroughly explained directions on simple fixes. The company explained the toilet seat needed to be replaced. A new seat arrived in a few days, including a detailed email video on how to replace the seat. The system was back to normal within 15 minutes. Thank you, Horow, and an excellent service team. Horow is truly a professional company. By the way, we are installing a second Horow Smart toilet in the other bathroom. Thank you!

We love this toilet and all of its great features. We love that you can flush it without having to touch the handle and that it seems to always keep itself really clean. The bidet works well too!! And it’s nice that it flushes so quickly and you don’t have to wait two minutes for an entire tank to refill like other toilets
After a whole year of owning it, the flushing started acting up. I contacted Customer Service and they sent me a whole new piece to fix it free of charge even though we had bought it a year before! Was easy to replace and it fixed the problem immediately. Now we are enjoying all of its features once again! It’s worth the money!

The customer service is outstanding! They where persistent and determined to make sure the technical problem I was experiencing was resolved. It turns out that it was a simple tweak or the remotes.
