HOROW Smart Toilet With Heated Bidet Dual Flush Toilet Model T16

I purchased four of the T16 and they all flush on their own at random times, as I'm sitting in my office writing this I've heard the toilet attached to this room flush on its own three times! I've reached out to customer service to ask for help and there response was that they've never heard of this happening and wanted me to make a video of it, what part of radom don't they get, how am I supposed to "make a video" of something that happens randomly.The fact that all four toilets are doing this seems indicate that their must be an adjustment that needs to be made, though nothing was suggested.

Ok, the Toilets are incredible. No question about it. But I had an issue with remotes and I contacted the service department and they were very responsive, and solved my problem immediately. I will say that if I were to need to purchase another toilet, it will be a Harow, because of the quality of product and knowing that I will get support if I need it. THANK YOU Harow Team

I recently bought 3 of these for our house, however they have not been installed yet as our house is under renovation. Before purchasing I emailed customer service with questions and they were super helpful in answering my questions and they even gave me a 20% off. The delivery went very well, no problems.
