I bought two toilet and I they work perfectly. Not only it is asthetic, it also is easy to use. Unlike regular toilet, it has a sensor at the bottom that allows to flush automatically. I would recommend buying it.

Purchased a T-16 model. Have had it for over a year. The size and function of the toilet has been just what I was looking for, but I have recently had trouble with the flushing function. Wrote to customer service and they replied immediately and are sending the replacement part free of charge. Very pleased with the customer service.
The original toilet was cracked in shipment. HOROW is shipping a new toilet at no extra cost to replace it. Can’t get better service than that!
Our contractor purchased the unit and the jet that flush stopped working. When reaching out to customer service they insist on having the receipt before giving any support but then realized that it was a purchase by a contractor and agreed to replace the toilet seat and flush mechanism after diagnosing the problem from videos I sent them.
