I ordered this product based on its features and the unbeatable price point. It was delivered quickly and appropriately boxed and packaged for fragile freight shipping. Unfortunately, the color was overlooked, and I (my wife) needed white. I searched the site to see the T05 was the product I needed to have all the same, and even better, features. I contacted Horow via email at night and had a reply by the next morning. The company was understanding, provided assistance to make sure I ordered the product to meet my needs, and agreed to accept the return and pay for the shipping of the unopened T36. Good luck finding great service like this at any other business.
