Our toilet arrived during our renovation so it was a couple of months before we had it installed. After installation, the plumber could not find the remote control. It either did not get packaged with the toilet or it was simply missing.
I emailed customer service and with only a couple of questions to answer, they provided a replacement remote at no additional cost. Excellent service!!!
This product and its features are out of this world along with the support answering questions. Look forward to adding another to the home.
The more I use it the more I love it. I just wish the rear cleaning function was a bit more strong other than that I wish I could afford to buy two more for my other bathrooms.
I love the toilet! Everything about it and I still highly recommend it. BUT, if you have an older toilet drain it can be trouble. We have a cast iron drain built in 1960. Drilling 4 holes was a chore and the contractor broke the flange provided by Horow. Customer service is great but non existent on the weekend when the install was happening. He went out and bought a new one and got going. Finally got fed up as the bolts provided kept hitting the ceramic bottom of the toilet so it wouldn’t lie flat. He got on the phone to his plumber friend and he came out and looked at it. Cost to install $600- My contractor looked and me in shock- we had it written into the bid that he’d install it but he’d spent 4 hours trying to figure it out- after a negotiation with him we chopped the cost. $300 each. The plumber got to work and 2.5 hours later the toilet was installed and ready to rock. The plumber said it was the toughest toilet install he had done. I love it BUT having installed several toilets myself and watching an experienced contractor and plumber struggle to put it in- I’d say budget a decent $$$ if you run into and install issue and need and expert. Almost returned it with all the trouble. Just honest feedback from a now happy user.
I can’t rate the bidets because they are going into our home that is being built. However, the customer service is awesome. I received a broken toilet, called customer service and they answered immediately. Sent pictures via email and they watched for the pictures and placed a new order for me immediately. No waiting for someone to review, they did it while I was on the phone. The replacement arrived just fine. Great customer service is a must.
