Although I had to return the toilet, the company did an excellent job in addressing my needs. There was very fast shipping, I wouldn't hesitate on purchasing from them again in the future.
What a game changer it really is a great product, i had my doubts but they all disappeared quickly . Install was easy , but you will need a GFI plug near by so that may be an added expense to consider.
Just wanted to let everyone know that despite the advertised "fast shipping", this is the slowest shipping iv ever seen. Will update review after it arrives, whenever they happens.
I'll update this review when we have had more time with this toilet but so far we LOVE it. The reviews sold me on this toilet and I have to agree with everyone. The toilet arrived in about a week or week and a half. It is HEAVY. We were in the middle of installing new flooring and instead of getting a new toilet and a bidet SEAT we decided to get the whole deal. Our existing water line comes out of the wall right where the toilet would be so we had to relocate that about 6 inches to the left to be able to still have access to it. So after finishing the floors and moving the water line we had a family member come over to help with the install. We have had it up and running for a few days now and are very happy. The heated seat was unexpectedly wonderful. I love the auto open and close feature and the auto flush. Now we just have to show the kiddos how to operate properly! I can't wait to have our bathroom completely finished to have an updated final photo.
I was expecting a lot but this far exceeded my expectations! When you go on vacation the thing you’ll miss most is your toilet 😂
