This toilet is comfortable, ease to install and modern. However, the best of this toilet is the Company's customer service. My contractor throwed away by mistake the two remote controls and with just an email the Company send me the remote controls without charge in a day. I definitely recommend Harrow and I will buy from them without any hesitation.
I purchased two as I upgrade my bathrooms. Very easy to use features, auto open, close, flush. Nice light options.
Great toilet, but it does have some significant drawbacks. Not programmable so that it closes the lid BEFORE it auto flushes. Will only flush first, then close the lid (Eww). Also, the kick function is not able to be programmed to just open and close the lid - so every time we use the kick now to open and close the lid, the 2nd kick opens the seat (but also sometimes does a mini-flush), then you have to wait until the seat is done moving to hit it again to close both seat & lid (slowly, one at a time) for the full operation. Small, but annoying details. Our touchless toilet is now a long, complex-series-of-actions toilet.
Customer service is excellent, though, and they stand behind their products, receiving that feedback well.
Really impressed with the unit. Never used a bidet before and I am sold. Love the auto lid and seat raising function. Love the night light feature which makes it so easy to use at night. Perfect height and great comfort. Price was fantastic compared to Koehler. Highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed.
One of my toilets was damaged during shipment and the support team was very responsive and helped me get a replacement right away! The toilets look very sleek and the quality looks great so far!
