Not to brag, but I have had some nice toilets different styles in the past different colors but nothing like this. Choosing the. Horow T38 is the best decision ever!!! Great investment. Great product with pretty clear installation instructions and everything you need is in the box. Any questions I've had were answered quickly by customer service.

I potentially was going to purchase a Horow bidet toilet from a local resaler however the installation kit was missing. I contacted Horow and they were wonderful to work with. They understood my needs and were more than helpful in getting what I needed. Nice to see that not everything is a 'bot' and I didn't get lost in a phone maze. The email communications were easy and timely.

Never thought I would like a Bidet, Till my wife convinced me to but this T38. After a month of use will never go back. All the smart features and the warm seat, water, and air with 3 control settings, just simply elevated the going experience. Didn't realize how much I enjoyed all the features, until I had to stay in a hotel last week for four days. I actually missed the T38.
