We purchased our T38 a month ago and we Love it!!! Easy to install and it is exceeding or expectations! The only draw back is after we purchased it, we noticed there is an emergency battery back up that you need to purchase separately Incase of a power outage. I will need to pull the toilet to install the battery because it’s so close to the wall. This should have been sold with the smart toilet (is only 39.99),pretty important to have in my opinion. Other than the battery issue we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Horow

We spent many hours looking for the features we wanted in a smart toilet. A lot of smart toilets look great, but they all work differently and have various features. The Horow T38 checked all the features we were looking for and more!

This toilet is so sleek and modern. The heated features and technology are great. Also, very happy with the customer service. My toilet seat came a little scratched and they sent me out a new one right away.

I ordered two T38 toilet, but unfortunately, one toilet did not fit our bathroom. The rough in was only 10.5 inch, and the T38 was 12. Contacted customer service, and Nono helped resolved my issue. Nono suggested that I exchange the T38 for the T37, which is 10 inch rough in. Nono offered a prepaid shipping label to send back the T38 until, and assisted with the new order of the T37. Will update this review once both units are installed. Thank you for the great customer service so far. VL
