WE LOVE OUR NEW TOILET! It's something you never know you needed until you have it. First off, the warm seat..in Canada that's a must! The hands free fushing and closing of toilet is sanitary. The night light.. perfection....But the fresh clean feeling after every use is life changing! Durability is excellent.. use and installation flawless.... and huge shout out to their customer service! You can't go wrong with all it. Thank you .

Wasn't sure of the quality and sturdiness of unit prior to purchasing. After install and over a week of use, I have to say I'm impressed. The unit operates flawlessly and does exactly everything as described. Its a pretty cool upgrade to a newly renovated downstairs bathroom. After researching for a replacement toilet, I somehow ran across this and it peaked my interest. The more I researched, the more I kept coming back to the Horow. I pulled the trigger and have Absolutly no regrets. Everything about it is an upgrade from what I had. From height, warm seat, to efficiency of water usage. And yes I will be purchasing again when I renovate master bathroom!

We have had our horrow toilet for about a week now, its the first time we have had a "fancy" toilet in our home but not the first time we have gotten to use them. We actually purchased it because we had some really life changing experiences at some hotels with a toto.

It shipped super fast and my husband had it installed in less than an hour with zero toilet installing experience. We had to buy a small adapter but actually everything existing was usable. It came ready with everything even the wax ring.

Its been a really nice addition to our bathroom and feels incredibly posh.

I have a few small complaints, I wish that there was a timer on the seat warmer so we didnt have to keep it on 24/7. Like for example off during x hours and on during these. I feels like a waste of energy but I guess ... if you are buying one of these typically you aren't worried about that sorta stuff? It irks me a little.

The other complaint is that is loud as all get out. The sound as water is flowing in and out of the toilet is so loud anytime it starts pulling water into the system either for the bidet or to flush the suction sound is incredibly loud. It has a syphion flush system that is was different than your average toilet.

I really cant speak for how long it will work it seems like one of those products tbat definitely will have a short lifespan but I hope I am wrong, but so far I'm still happy with it even if it sounds like a swamp monster.

I was afraid making the upgrade after my homes original toilet broke. But my brother convinced me to make this purchase. This has been the best toilet i have ever owned. I will be buying another one for my home soon.
