Horow has been first class from purchase to delivery with our T38P. Wife is 5'7" and I'm 5'10" the 17" ADA height is comfortable.
I took out the old toilet, repaired the floor flange, installed the water valve, and set the T38P all myself in 4 hours. Instructions and YouTube made it super simple. Plugged it in and the toilet did the rest.
The bidet will take time to get used to, but the auto seat opener, heated seat, heated water, auto flush, and easy remote has made toilet time entertaining. The bidet cleans amazingly well, and the dryer is just as crazy good. There are other features that add to this toilets 5 stars.
For the cost, simple install, and crazy features the T38P has lived up to my research. You can spend way more for less features. Never had a smart toilet and with all the features I did buy the 3 year extended warranty. This toilet breaks I will add to this review.

The Horow T38p is one to get for your bathrooms. It is more expensive than others but comparing to high-end models, it is still very affordable. It has all features that you can ask for.
This toilet has and does EVERYTHING we could have wanted, and it does it efficiently from a beautiful and functional platform. We now have two and may get a third.
I'm going to leave two reviews. One is the customer service. The customer service has been amazing. I've had questions along the way and they have responded in a better than timely fassion. I like that. Means they are standing not just behond their product, but standing with it too. And that also means systems are in place to be of help.
