Smart Toilet with Flush Tank and ADA Compliance for 12 Inch Rough In Model T38P

I ordered this toilet off Amazon and so far, everything works really well. I don't have any complaints or concerns. I think the only challenging thing was trying to get the toilet to fit around the water inlet of my wall, which may be a concern for some.

While there are a lot of features I enjoy with the smart toilet, this feedback is for the three concerns I have encountered with the Horow Smart Toilets (Model T38P), of which I have purchased two units.

1. **Noise During Wash Function**:
Both units emit significant noise before dispensing water during the wash function. This behavior is not observed in comparable models, such as the Toto. I would like to understand the cause of this discrepancy and explore potential solutions from the Horow team.

2. **Foam Dispensing Mechanism**:
I purchased the foam accessory from Horow; however, the website did not specify that the unit consumes the entire 480 mL bottle in one use. I expected that the unit would utilize approximately one-third to one-half of the contents, with the remainder available for subsequent top-ups. Additionally, the foaming function does not appear to perform as advertised, with minimal foam production compared to the images displayed on the website.

3. **Battery Noise**:
One unit is installed with the spare battery, and during operation, the battery emits a noticeable sound that persists until the toilet lid is closed. This is particularly disruptive and diminishes the expected quiet operation, especially given the premium price point of the product.

For context, a friend purchased a competitively priced smart toilet from Amazon without encountering these issues.

Given the premium investment in these units, I expected a higher standard of performance and noise reduction.

If you are looking for quieter operation with your smart toilet, perhaps the above should be considered before the purchase

I've had it for 2 days now and I love this thing. I really hated my old toilet and began shopping for a replacement. I found the smart toilets, but they were way out of my price range. This thing has features that only the high-end Japanese toilets costing well over $2500 plus had, and this new toilet is of great quality and appears to be built solidly at less than half the price. Quality, Value and Technology that is top tier. I bought this for my later years, but I'm enjoying this now.

I also really appreciate the bidet functionality, which offers adjustable water temperature and pressure, allowing for a personalized and hygienic clean.

The warm air dryer is a great addition, and the self-cleaning nozzle gives peace of mind. The automatic flush is a convenient touch, and the built-in LED night light is surprisingly useful for late-night trips.

One personal observation is that the sounds from the flush and the bidet function are not muffled. While this isn't a performance issue, it's something to be aware of if you're looking for a very quiet unit. Overall, the T38P delivers on its promises of comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.
