There are parts of this toilet that are awesome, and parts most definitely not. First, it was a nightmare to install. Because of the shape of the bottom of the toilet, we had to hire a plumber to open up the drywall and move the water line over about 6" for it to be able to sit against the rear wall. Pricey surprise...
The other problem is that we've already had three "sessions" get stuck in the first week (and we are thinner, athletic people, and these were far from gargantuan in size). We have to flush several times for it to descend enough for the "jet" portion to kick in to send it away. These were far from clog-worthy contributions, so needless to say, we're not optimistic about future performance. If we didn't already "sink" so much to have the plumber come out and install, we would have sent it back.
I ordered a smart toilet which arrived in a timely manner.
Only problem was that I didn't realize that the tank less model requires a flow rate of 1.2 gallons in 15 seconds. Unfortunately I am on a community well that supplies less that unit requires.
I contacted customer service and they were very understanding.
Even though I should have done my due diligence before I ordered toilet, they are allowing me to return the toilet.
They are also paying for the return shipping which was very good of them
While I can't use there product I highly recommend them to others.

If you have kids you know you always have to go behind them and flush. With this toilet, they enjoy not having to push the button on top, which is hard for them, and that makes it easy on everyone. The warm seat and the bidet makes it the perfect toilet. Only one thing… the supply line may need to be changed out to accommodate it if new install.
