This is the first Horow toilet I have purchased and I have to say, I love it! I was a little hesitant at first not owning a bidet and spending more than I ever have on a toilet, but I’m extremely happy with the purchase. The heated seat is a must in the winter. The seat is comfortable, the water temperature setting is awesome, the bidet is adjustable to fit anyone’s body, and it does have a little light where it plugs in so you also have light in the middle of the night. It is quieter when it flushes than my old toilet and is easy to use.
We did have Pex that we had to attach to but that was a pretty easy part to get at any hardware store so it did not delay installation.
The customer service is also a plus. I had some issues with the order on my end and they responded very quickly and made everything right for me. I felt like they actually care about their product and company enough to know how to treat the consumer. Top tier! I am definitely happy with the purchase and would consider buying an upgraded model for my next bathroom remodel.

I have a TY20A as well which I very much enjoy! I got this one for my guest bathroom. I love the pre-wet feature once you sit down on the already warm seat, that helps keep the toilet clean. The controls are simple for any of my guests who've tried it so far and they are amazed by the bidet features. They are also in wonder how the toilet flush is so powerful. The ADA height is a welcome feature to my older family members and myself that makes the experience even more comfortable. I get compliments on the looks of this thing. It does look nice and can elevate your bathroom.
I bought this model as it is ADA compliant in terms of seat height . The package came in very good condition. The actual Toilet and Bidet seat looked so modern!!! However, before installing the product we realized that it doesn’t have tank and requires a specific water pressure for proper functioning . Since I was not sure about that, I contacted customer service to check if I can return it and exchange it for a model which has in-built tank. They not only agreed to it but also offered to bear return shipping cost. I am in the process of sending this one back and get another model, but I am really impressed with their customer service . Would love to buy products from them !!!!!
