horows compact commode worked great for the space i had to work with. customer service answered my questions to my satisfaction. would not hesitate to use their products in the future.

Just what we were looking for...

We wanted a smaller toilet for our bathroom remodel so that we could install a door on our shower. This toilet is wonderful. It is quiet. The full flush always flushes the toilet clean. It has a comfortable seat and the quiet close lid is great. It doesn't protrude in the room as much as a regular size toilet. Perfect design.

Delivery issues were a problem with some of the materials we ordered for our remodel - this toilet was superbly packaged. The toilet was fully surrounded by dense styrofoam inside the box. It was left on our front porch upside down but that wasn't a issue due to the packaging. Three cheers for Horow!

Perfect toilet even better

The 8733-10 was the only 10” rough in, contemporary one piece compact toilet on the market with no scary reviews . Then I noticed other Horrow models were available with gold matte buttons & seat hinges .So I reached out to Horrow who offfered - for free - to provide me the interchangeable matte gold accessories which will complement the good hardware in our new bathroom . Thank you Horrow z!

Great for a small bathroom but did not work for my space.

This toilet is perfect for a small powder room, which is what I initially purchased it for. My water pipe is on the floor, and the spacing for the toilet to be placed would not fit with my current pipe structure. Thankfully, Horow customer service is helping me remedy the situation. They know all the measurements required for their products and will work with you. I recommend reaching out to them first to make sure this toilet or any toilet will fit in your space before purchasing!

Loved it even though it did not work out for us

I loved the Horow Small Toilet. It's sleek and elegant, compact, and water saving with its dual flush mechanism. Unfortunately, the skirt came down right on top of our supply line, which we had not anticipated. Moving the line would have cost hundreds of dollars. So we are looking to find a good home where someone else can enjoy the Horow for many years.
