A: Electrical requirements: 10 A at AC 120 V, 60 Hz. This T37 toilet has an energy-saving mode that reduces power consumption when the toilet is not in use. This mode helps to minimize energy usage.
2. Is there a way to turn off the ambient light on the side of the T37 smart toilet?
A: Yes. If the ambient light is currently on, press and hold the knob on the toilet for 3 seconds to enter the standby mode. Then, press and hold the knob for 3 seconds again to exit the standby mode with the ambient light disabled.
3. Can I customize the ambient light color on this toilet?
A: No. The ambient light and knob light share the same color, which is primarily used to indicate the toilet’s operating status. The light color changes automatically when the toilet performs different functions. The ambient light color cannot be customized, but the ambient light can be disabled if desired.
4. Can I switch the LED digital display from Fahrenheit to Celsius?
A: No. The water temperature, seat temperature and warm air temperature are shown in Fahrenheit on the digital display. The temperature units cannot be changed to Celsius.
5. How can I disable the buzzer sound of this bidet toilet?
A: Press and hold Water temp. and Open on the remote control simultaneously until the No. 3 level light (counting from left to right) flashes to enter the Settings Mode. Then, press Night light to disable the buzzer. 2 illuminated level lights indicate that the function has been disabled. Finally, press Stop to save the settings.
When disabled, no buzzer sound will be heard during knob and remote control operations.
6. Will this toilet work during a power outage?
A: Yes. The toilet can still flush during a power outage if the blackout flush battery is installed properly and has sufficient power. The battery box is located underneath the toilet seat, and it uses the provided 9 V alkaline battery in the product package.
