The customer service is fantastic. They replied back to my email within 24hrs. They also went out of their way to keep the customer happy. I can’t wait to install my T37.
We are thrilled with our new smart toilet. It has all the features we were looking for. Has a very modern contemporary design. It went very well in our remodel.
My seat developed a small crack customer service sent a replacement within a week. This company stands by its product price and quality are outstanding will recommend this product
We weren’t able to install the toilet because unfortunately our flange was too high and apparently it can only accommodate a 9 mm or lower flange. However, the product would otherwise be extremely easy to install, it seems to be good quality, it’s definitely attractive and customer service is excellent, we got a response to our issue within 24 hours and they immediately agreed to accept a return because we had no way of knowing of the flange size limitation when we bought it. We definitely recommend this company.
Let me tell you... I was hesitant about dropping $1,200 on a toilet. I suffer with IBS and basically rent food so my toilet and I are very close. After using this thrown for over a week, I'm going to buy one for the guest bathroom!
There is nothing more satisfying than walking into the bathroom and have your toilet greet you by opening the lid and saying, "are you sure you don't need to go"
Of course after that, I feel obligated to sit down on the heated seat. It does a courtesy flush once you sit just to let you know it's there for you.
The rinse function is warm, inviting and not to powerful to make you feel like the toilet is trying to be the alpha in the relationship. Just a smooth warm stream taking care of your 4th point of contact so you don't have to be a savage and smear yourself all over well... yourself.
I will say the the blower is kinda gimmicky. It's warm and does blow but I really don't see myself sitting there for that amount of time to let it dry me off. By no means is this a deal breaker but needed to be mentioned.
I love the fact that it auto flushes and lowers the lid back down after a few minutes. Over all I would strongly suggest anyone that is the market for a new toilet to get this model. Now I will say, I wanted the 38 but we have a 10" rough in so I was kinda stuck paying more money because of being old and outdated with our plumbing.
