T37 10" Rough

Very prompt customer service. For a 10" rough there's really not many if any smart toilet options. This unit looks great and has a lot of features at a price far below similar toilets.

My second purchase of 10" rough in T37

This is my second purchase of Horow Smart Toilet with Bidet Seat for 10 Inch Rough In Model T37. First toilet was installed in my 150 year old Victorian with 10" rough in about 16 month ago. It's very aesthetically pleasing, work like a Swiss watch, 2 installers unfamiliar with this particular toilet installed it in 30 minutes with zero hiccups. Has several questions regarding how to use some of the multiple options, Horow customer service responded with answers within hours. Delivery was quick. Now remodeling the second bathroom, ordered exactly the same toilet. Overall very happy, so far no any cons that I can report

I bought this toilet back in July/August of this year. I’ve noticed that the heated seat often turns off for no reason. The electrical setup is fine, but it still shuts off by itself.

Increasingly I’m noticing that the seat is never warm when I come to the toilet, even if I use it a few times a day. I’m contrast to any of the 3 other smart toilets from Woodbridge that we have, that do not have any similar problems. I’ve followed Horow instructions to disable the energy saving mode ensuring that the 5th light is off when the deodorizer button is pressed for 3 seconds.
Despite this, when I checked on the toilet today the seat display showed 97F but the seat was cold to touch. When I pressed the “seat temp” button it showed only one light , and had to be pressed again to light the 3 that normally indicates 97F.
Not sure what to do about this issue. Extremely disappointed

Bathroom Renovation Bidet Toilet

This is a great toilet for our new bathroom. We live in NYC and renovated out bathroom that has a small rough size of only 10 inches. We always wanted a toilet with a bidet and this one was a perfect fit. The toilet is extremely convenient with a toilet seat that opens automatically when you are next to it and a very stylish design. The cost of this bidet toilet is much more reasonable than others we had found online and has all the functions we could possibly want.

Air dryer is very hot

Hi, I’m actually writing this to get help with the air dryer. It is very very warm about 10 secs in and I have to sit way higher to avoid getting my little hole burnt. Any help would be appreciated.

2. Is there a way to turn off the ambient light on the side of the T37 smart toilet?

A: Yes. If the ambient light is currently on, press and hold the knob on the toilet for 3 seconds to enter the standby mode. Then, press and hold the knob for 3 seconds again to exit the standby mode with the ambient light disabled.

3. Can I customize the ambient light color on this toilet?

A: No. The ambient light and knob light share the same color, which is primarily used to indicate the toilet’s operating status. The light color changes automatically when the toilet performs different functions. The ambient light color cannot be customized, but the ambient light can be disabled if desired.

4. Can I switch the LED digital display from Fahrenheit to Celsius?

A: No. The water temperature, seat temperature and warm air temperature are shown in Fahrenheit on the digital display. The temperature units cannot be changed to Celsius.

5. How can I disable the buzzer sound of this bidet toilet?

A: Press and hold Water temp. and Open on the remote control simultaneously until the No. 3 level light (counting from left to right) flashes to enter the Settings Mode. Then, press Night light to disable the buzzer. 2 illuminated level lights indicate that the function has been disabled. Finally, press Stop to save the settings.

When disabled, no buzzer sound will be heard during knob and remote control operations.

6. Will this toilet work during a power outage?

A: Yes. The toilet can still flush during a power outage if the blackout flush battery is installed properly and has sufficient power. The battery box is located underneath the toilet seat, and it uses the provided 9 V alkaline battery in the product package.
