Fantastic customer care!

I bought a T20Y smart toilet almost 2 years ago and had some minor issues installing it myself, but the customer support was very helpful, and fast. Cut to a couple weeks ago when the toilet lid begin displaying some odd behavior. I emailed customer care and got a reply within minutes! After a few back-and forth ending with me sending a video of the issue, they diagnosed the problem (the entire exchange took less than an hour!). They even sent the part for free, even though the toilet was well out of warranty. I have never had a better experience with a company standing behind their product, and want to thank Horow for their fast, professional, and very generous help!
