I love this toilet! I chose this model over other Horow models because of its bidet features, sleek appearance, and taller ADA height. The box arrived well packaged and included everything that you need for installation, including the flange and wax ring!
Keep in mind that this is a tankless toilet (that feature is not listed in the item description or title as it is for some other Horow products... so I was not prepared for that). Just be sure that your plumbing and water flow are adequate prior to purchasing!
Installation was fairly straightforward... I found some of the videos on Horow's YouTube and Amazon listings to be helpful. The instructions are clear and again, I was impressed with how thoroughly thought out everything was.
As for the features, everything lived up to what is promised! The pre-flush feature combined with the super powerful flush means that the bowl stays very clean. And I wasn't sure how the combination of warm air and cold water would achieve a warm water wash... but the water for the rear wash is immediately warm and very effective.
This is a pricey product... but it feels very high end in aesthetics, function, and customer service. Love it!
