I purchased 2 toilets for our home. The toilet design, heights and size are very good. Although installation was a little difficult for me to install I am happy with the purchase.
Nice toilet. Looks beautiful. Flushes well. Not sure if my bidet was defective, but the water stream barely reached my posterior. Costumer service was very helpful and offered to refund the price of the bidet seat. Waiting on refund. Will update when received.
I was having to deal with unclogging a toilet several times per week, so I did some research and settled on the Horow T0338W. It flushes successfully every time! I also appreciate the one piece design and low water usage.
My wife purchased the T0338W with the B0443 bidet from Horow as part of our bathroom renovation. We recently visited Japan and decided to upgrade to a bidet for the hygiene and to reduce waste.
The new toilet works incredibly well. The flush is powerful and I use the Hot/Cold Massage feature of the bidet. It's an excellent product at a surprisingly affordable price.
My only complaints are that the LEDs are quite bright and I can't figure out how to turn off the beeps that occur when initiating the bidet. We've gotten used to it in the 2 months or so since installation. The UV cleaning feature has its own purple LED which is reassuring.
Overall I'm very impressed with Horow. I would definitely buy things from them again in the future.
