I purchased a T20YA not realizing that it required a minimum water flow. When i opened the T20YA box the first item inside was a water flow test kit which clearly stated that if my installation could not pass the test, the T20YA could not be installed. I contacted Horow support the next day and they arranged for me to buy the correct model for my house and to return ship the T20YA. The entire transaction could not have been more satisfactory.
Everything works, fast service from the customer service for any issues. Only advice I have is when sitting on the toilet and getting up the cover should close before flushing. Aside from that great product.

This is my first experience with a Horow toilet, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Delivery was fast (less than a week) and the toilet was packaged extremely well. All fittings and items for installing and hooking it up were included, including a calibrated volumetric bag for testing water supply flow. The toilet works great and is very easy to figure out proper operation of functions. The remote is much easier to use than other brands we considered. We are so happy with it I am buying another one for our second bathroom.
We had been meaning to upgrade to bidets for years now, but they were always too overpriced … we’re talking several thousand dollars. I’m not talking about the cheap toilet seat bidets, I’m talking about a legit bidet … tankless, heated seats, heated water, remote, etc. I’ve had our toilet for a little over a year now, and we have been very happy. We experienced an issue recently, and contacted support, and they were super fast with their replies and remediating the situation. I’m so please that my next two bidets will definitely be Horow bidets! Kudos to the support team for being so quick and helpful.
