Perfect!

I was a little hesitant on buying what was described as a “small toilet perfect for a small bathroom.” The elongated front of the toilet is a perfectly normal, adult size toilet basin. The back portion with the tank is a narrow profile that doesn’t take up as much room as a standard toilet between the bowl and the wall. The unit came in one piece, ready to go as soon as water is hooked up, and it sits on the wax seal. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Toilet Option for Houses with Hot Water Baseboard Heat

Had a small bathroom with a hot water baseboard heating system that ran behind the old toilet. Also had a 10" rough in this bathroom.

The design of this toilet cleared the hot water baseboard adequately. I was unable to find another 10" rough in toilet (2 piece or 1 piece) that had the clearance I needed for this.

Toilet arrived quickly, well packed, and undamaged.

This was my first fully skirted toilet install as a DIYer. Recommend you have some 2x4 lumber blocks (about 3.5" tall worked for me) so you can set them next to the toilet flange and then set the toilet over them and get it centered properly. Then lift the toilet straight up while a helper pulls the blocks out, and then gently lower the toilet into position.

Finally, the design of this toilet (yay beauty) will make changing the fill valve assembly very challenging (unless you go through the process of pulling it off the floor).

Would definitely buy again.
