Bidet Toilet with Non electric Seat for 12 Inch Rough in Model T30

We have had our T-30 about 8 months. It is stylish and works very well. See prior review. Last week, we had the bathroom floor redone and the contractor removed the toilet, set it aside for a few days, and re-installed it. When we got back home, the toilet worked but the front flush button did not operate. I emailed customer support with a description of my problem and they sent me a link to a YouTube video specifically about how to fix a problem with the front flush control, showing me how to open the back and inspect the flush control lines. The guy was speaking Chinese but there were some subtitles in English and I tried what he demonstrated. That worked. Now the toilet flushes better than ever. I have never experienced that kind of outstanding online customer support. I got the impression that they have videos for every known problem, and if that doesn't work they will make a video that addresses the problem in a different way.

Ok this toilet is not only beautiful to look at, but functionally amazing. I will definitely purchase Horow again when we are ready to remodel our other bathrooms. We didn’t want the hassle of installing an electrical outlet but wanted a bidet so this was THE perfect solution.

I surprised my husband with this when he was away for a few days. He had been using the lid type and I was not impressed with any of them or was he. Then when my dogs ball rolled behind toilet and she hit the lever by accident and flooded the bathroom trying to get her ball out. I said no more lid type. I did my research and Horow was a better toilet then the rest. When he was gone I called our plumber and ordered this bidet toilet. Even my plumber was impressed with quality and parts etc. and easy install. My husband loves his new toilet and says the spray is strong, the flush is fast and does great job and soft closing seat is nice too and toilet height. Our other bathrooms have high end Kohler toilets in them and the Horow is by far superior. We will be replacing our Kohlers with Horow from now on.

I reached out to customer service because I wanted to potentially return the toilet. They responded timely & advised me of my options. I ended up keeping the toilet due to return shipping costs but haven’t installed the toilet yet.

I haven’t installed the product yet because my toilet came and when I went to install it I found out the plumbing was in the way. I reached out to customer service who told me I could pay to return it (but lose 160+ dollars in shipping costs) or keep it and they would give me $60. I decided to keep it and I hope to find a plumber who can move my water line. The toilet is still in the box but from what I can see looks really nice! I cannot wait to use it!
Will review again when I actually install it!
