Two-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a two-year limited warranty for purchases made on HOROW.com — double the coverage of other authorized retailers, which include a standard one-year warranty.（This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. During the warranty period, HOROW will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts or replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

We recommend all HOROW products be installed by a licensed professional plumber or contractor. HOROW is not responsible for product failure, damage, or any associated costs caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation guidelines.

Warranty Claims

To process your claim, please include your proof of purchase and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your documentation and advise on the next steps. HOROW will not be responsible for any costs, damages, or repairs resulting from parts purchased from unauthorized dealers.

This Warranty Will Be Void If:

• Damage results from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  
• The product was improperly installed or not installed by a licensed professional.
  
• The product was moved from its original installation location.
  
• The product was modified or altered in any way.
  
• The product was subjected to improper maintenance or the use of harsh chemicals.
