Make Your Home Mindful with HOROW X70
We’re inviting 30 real families across the U.S. to try the X70 bidet toilet for free and share what everyday life with a smart bathroom feels like.

Families living with parents or grandparents (60+), looking for comfort, accessibility, and convenience for every generation.

2. Growing Families with Kids
Households with 2–3 children aged 3–12 who want a cleaner, more convenient bathroom experience for the whole family.

3. Health-Conscious Families
Families who care about hygiene, wellness, and a healthier bathroom routine, especially for members with specific health concerns.

4. Renovating / Home Upgrade Families
Homeowners currently upgrading or remodeling their bathroom and interested in modern smart toilet solutions.

5. Families with Their Own Story
Every home has its unique story—we’d love to hear your story and how the HOROW X70 could fit into your home.

Step 1: Apply & Tell Us About Your Family
Submit requst sheet below and share a short introduction, photos of your bathroom, and why you want to join.
Step 2: Get Selected & Receive Your X70
Selected families will be notified by email. Those who complete all program requirements will be able to keep the complimentary X70 smart toilet and will receive a thank-you stipend.
Step 3: Use & Share Your Experience
Install the X70 at home and share your real experience through social posts, a video, and a written review within 30 days.
Step 4: Get Featured & Complete the Program
Your content may be featured on HOROW channels—just complete all required content to successfully finish the program.
Terms & Conditions
1. Who We’re Looking For
- Eligibility: Open to real families living in the United States.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 or older and able to represent their household.
- Excitement: Families should be eager to try the X70 and share their honest experience.
- Bathroom Requirements: Families must have a bathroom suitable for installing the X70 (with power supply and compatible plumbing).
2. Getting to Know Your Family
Submit Request: Apply through the event page on the HOROW website.
What to Include:
- A short introduction to your household and family members.
- Photos of your bathroom and daily routines.
- Why you want to join and how you’ll share your experience.
- Contact details (email, phone), and social media accounts (optional).
Optional Questions for better selection:
- Household members and children.
- Home type (house or apartment) and bathroom size.
- Previous experience with smart toilets or bidets.
- Experience with creating content or social media activity.
Note: Your personal information is confidential and used only for program communication.
3. If You're Selected
- 30 families will be selected to participate (we may recruit 35-40 to ensure full participation).
- Selected applicants will receive an email notifying them of their selection and providing instructions to confirm their participation.
- Each participating family will receive a complimentary X70 smart toilet to experience at home, which you will be able to keep after completing the program.
- Families who successfully complete the program will receive a thank-you stipend as a token of appreciation for their time and shared experiences.
4. Sharing Your Experience
During the experience, families will help document their journey by sharing weekly social media updates for one month.
We’d love participants to share:
- 1 YouTube video (3-5 minutes) sharing the full X70 experience.
- 10-15 Instagram photos capturing real-life usage moments.
- 1 detailed written review (1,000+ words).
- Optional additional content such as Reels or TikTok videos.
⚠ Continued participation requires completing the content deliverables outlined above. Families who do not submit content may need to return the product.
Guidelines:
- Content should reflect authentic usage and real-life experiences.
- Exaggeration or fabricated experiences are not allowed.
- All shared content should clearly disclose that the product was provided by HOROW as part of the family experience program (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or "Gifted by HOROW" ).
- Content should be publicly visible on social media unless otherwise agreed.
- Families will receive a highlights brief, along with installation instructions and a feature guide, to help them understand the product and capture key moments.
- Content should begin within 7 days of receiving the product and be completed within 30 days.
5. Let's Share Your Story Together
By participating, families allow HOROW to feature submitted photos, videos, and reviews on our:
- Website
- Social media channels
- E-commerce platforms
- Marketing materials
- And other platforms related to HOROW
Participants are also encouraged to share their experience on their own social media using #HOROWX70.
HOROW reserves the right to edit or curate submitted content for storytelling purposes.
6. Program Timeline
- The program will run from April 1 to September 30, 2026.
- Families will be selected on a rolling basis throughout the program period.
- If you don't hear from us right away, please don’t worry—we’ll continue reviewing applications.
- Once your family receives the X70, the experience and content-sharing period will last about one month.
- HOROW will feature 3-4 family stories each week on our website and social channels during the campaign.
7. Delivery & Installation Support
- HOROW will ship the X70 smart toilet along with the included accessories, such as the foam solution, directly to your home.
- Online installation guidance and support will be available for families who need assistance.
Please make sure your bathroom is ready for installation, with a compatible power supply and plumbing setup.
8. A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Please use the X70 according to the product manual and safety guidelines.
- HOROW may edit or curate submitted content for storytelling purposes.
- Personal information will always be kept private and used only for this program.
- Families are expected to complete all content deliverables in a timely manner.
- If content is not completed, HOROW may request the product be returned.
